Terms & Conditions of Sale

All orders are subject to a 14 day delivery period. Any items recieved by post must be checked for any damage to packaging when signed for. If your order is damaged upon receipt of your package, and is confirmed by the postal/courier service, you may re-order the same without any further cost. Unfortunately we are unable to resend any orders if there is damage to the parcel unchecked and not signed for.

As the artist, John reserves the right to display any images produced by him on this website. In the case of commissions or original paintings, images are sometimes posted onto the website prior to receipt of the painting. This is so that John can maximise the publicity of his work. If you wish for an image to be held from public view prior to receipt then please make this known to John.

Once a painting has been commissioned it is payable for in full upon reciept of the painting. You cannot cancel a painting once it has been commissioned and work has started.

No image on this web site can be reproduced without prior consent from the artist. The copyright remains the property of the artist.
